Mobile Notary Services At Firpo Sign Away Notary, LLC, we value your time and strive to provide reliable and professional notary services.

 

Please review our refund policy below:

 

1. Cancellations :

 

Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once at no extra charge.

 

2. No Shows:

 

If the signer is not present or prepared at the scheduled time and location, and we are unable to complete the notarization, the service fee is non-refundable.We will wait up to 15 minutes before marking the appointment as a no-show.

 

3. Errors Caused by the Notary:

 

If an error occurs due to our notary (e.g., missing seal or incorrect information), we will correct the mistake at no additional charge or issue a full refund upon request.

 

4. Client Errors:

 

We are not responsible for errors in documents provided by the client, including incorrect personal information, unsigned documents, or missing witnesses. No refund will be issued in such cases.

 

5. Travel Fees:

 

Travel fees are non-refundable once the notary is en route or has arrived at the location.
